Professional Commitment
- Tutors are required to complete all assigned sessions and maintain consistency until the completion of the total course/module assigned to them.
- Tutors are strictly prohibited from resigning or leaving Velocity Educore before completing the assigned course and obtaining a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the organization. Failure to comply may result in legal action.
Communication Protocol
- All communication related to scheduling, payments, feedback, or other administrative matters must be routed through the assigned Relationship Manager.
- Tutors are strictly prohibited from directly contacting students or their parents for administrative matters unless specifically instructed by Velocity Educore.
Preparation of Study Material
- Tutors are required to prepare and provide study materials and notes as instructed by the Relationship Manager.
- Study materials must be clear, relevant to the curriculum, and submitted in a timely manner.
- Any plagiarism or misuse of copyrighted content is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate action.
Payment Terms
- Payments will be processed monthly upon successful completion of assigned sessions and submission of attendance and session records.
- Any delay in session reporting or issues with session quality may result in a delay or adjustment of payment.
- Tutors must provide accurate bank details or payment methods for payment processing. Velocity Educore is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect details shared by the Tutor.
Code of Conduct Tutors are expected to:
- Conduct sessions with professionalism and respect.
- Follow the curriculum and guidelines provided by Velocity Educore.
- Avoid discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate behavior during sessions.
- Treat students with patience and understanding, respecting their individual learning needs.
Attendance and Punctuality
- Tutors must log in at least 10 minutes before the scheduled session to ensure preparedness.
- Repeated late arrivals or absences without prior notice will result in warnings, penalty or termination of engagement.
Confidentiality
- Tutors must maintain the confidentiality of all information related to students, their families, and Velocity Educore.
- Sharing personal contact details with students or parents is strictly prohibited.
Teaching Guidelines
- Tutors are required to adhere to the teaching methods, materials, and techniques specified by Velocity Educore.
- Any deviations must be discussed and approved by the Relationship Manager.
Breach of Terms
- Non-compliance with any of the above terms, including failure to complete assigned courses or resigning without an approved NOC, may result in penalty or legal action.
- Payments may also be withheld in cases of severe breaches.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be resolved amicably through the assigned Relationship Manager. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in jharkhand.
Amendments
- Velocity Educore reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or website updates.
