TERMS & CONDITIONS

Applicable to All Services by Velocity Educore

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of academic services offered by Velocity Educore (“Service Provider”) through its website, authorized representatives, tutors, and partner institutions. By enrolling through the Admission Form, you (“Client” – including student, parent, or guardian) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. SERVICE COVERAGE

1.1 The Service Provider offers multiple modes of academic instruction:
a. Online Personalized One-on-One Classes
b. Online Batch Courses
c. Offline Home Tuition (at the student’s residence)
d. Offline Center-Based Classes (run by the Service Provider)
e. Partnered Center-Based Classes (at “Powered by” or “Licensed” partner locations)

2. ADMISSION & ENROLLMENT

2.1 Enrollment is confirmed only upon submission of the Admission Form and full or partial payment as per the applicable plan.
2.2 The Service Provider reserves the right to accept, reject, or modify any application at its sole discretion.

3. FEES & PAYMENT POLICY

3.1 Fees are payable monthly or as per the plan selected in advance. All payments are to be made through official channels only.
3.2 Delay beyond the 7th day of the month may lead to suspension of classes without notice.
3.3 No refund will be issued once the classes commence, except in cases of non-availability of service, as determined by the Service Provider.
3.4 For offline center classes, any add-on materials or tests may be charged separately if specified at the time of admission.

4. CLASS DELIVERY & ATTENDANCE

4.1 Attendance and regularity are essential. Compensatory classes for student absences are not guaranteed unless informed 24 hours in advance.
4.2 Tutors may be reassigned for academic or operational reasons.
4.3 The Service Provider reserves the right to modify class schedules or structure with prior notice for academic efficiency.

5. SERVICE CONDUCT & EXPECTATIONS

5.1 Students must maintain discipline and follow instructions of the tutor or center coordinator.
5.2 Any behavioral misconduct or disrespect towards faculty, peers, or staff may result in termination without refund.
5.3 Parents/Guardians are expected to supervise students during home or online classes, especially for students below Class 8.

6. LOCATION-SPECIFIC SERVICES

6.1 Partner or Powered Centers are independently operated under our academic protocols but may have localized rules. The Service Provider does not take liability for operational discrepancies unless directly managed.
6.2 Home tuition is restricted to specified cities/localities and availability of verified tutors.

7. NON-CIRCUMVENTION & TUTOR RELATIONSHIP

7.1 Parents/Students must not attempt to directly engage, hire, pay fees or establish a private arrangement with any tutor introduced through the platform.
7.2 Breach of this clause may result in:
– Immediate termination of services
– ₹1,25,000 as liquidated damages payable by the Client
– Legal action as per Indian Contract Law

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 The Service Provider makes best efforts to ensure quality of service but shall not be held responsible for academic performance, tutor-student rapport, or internet/technical failures.
8.2 Liability is limited to the value of the fees paid for the ongoing service month.

9. MEDIA & PRIVACY CONSENT

9.1 Feedback, testimonials, or academic results may be used for promotional purposes unless explicitly denied in writing.
9.2 All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No data is shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

10. TERMINATION & EXIT POLICY

10.1 Either party may terminate services by giving a minimum of 15 days’ notice via email or in writing.
10.2 Refunds for prepaid months are not applicable once sessions commence.
10.3 In case of misconduct, breach, or violation of terms, the Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate services without notice.

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
11.2 Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jharkhand Only.

By submitting the admission form and/or continuing with any class, the Client acknowledges full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
